EPISODE 3 - Managing Culture
Show Notes

Mental health culture at work is about the politics in your organisation, it’s about stigma and how you treat staff. It’s about taking mental health rhetoric from the board room and making it part of your team’s day to day experience.

Black Lives Matter and Me Too have turned our attention to issues of workplace and societal culture. It can actually be really hard to have clarity about culture. Even the sickest behaviour can be normalised when you're living it everyday. In this episode of Managing Minds, we look at how you can deal with mental health cultural issues in your team and your workplace.

Guests in this episode include Clare Babbage, Dr Katrina Sanders, Chief Medical Officer for the Australian Federal Police; Camille Wilson; Dr Jim Donnelly and Serkan Dogan.
